Shipping charges

We charge a flat ₹99 shipping fee per order, shown separately from the products at checkout.

Payment

For prepaid orders, you pay the full checkout total online. Where cash on delivery (COD) is available, ₹99 is paid online when you place the order and is credited towards your order total. Only the remaining balance shown at checkout is collected on delivery. The ₹99 is not charged again on delivery.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays.

Dispatch means handing the order over for shipping; it does not mean delivery within 24 hours. Courier transit time is separate and depends on the destination and service availability. We ship to serviceable PIN codes in India.

Cancellations and returns

Return and exchange requests are handled under our Refund Policy. We refund the original ₹99 shipping charge for accepted cancellations before dispatch, wrong or defective orders, and seller- or courier-caused non-delivery. For an accepted customer-requested cancellation after dispatch, the original ₹99 shipping charge is retained and the customer is responsible for the actual return-shipping fees, without markup. This includes an accepted cancellation arising from the customer’s voluntary refusal of delivery for reasons unrelated to a seller error, product defect or other legally protected reason. Such a cancellation or refusal is not treated as seller-caused non-delivery. For an accepted voluntary return after delivery, the original ₹99 shipping charge is not refunded and the customer pays return shipping. These terms do not restrict remedies required by applicable law.
